The staff was very nice and friendly, but the hotel condition was very unclean. The sink in the bathroom did not drain. The toilet was running and making noise all night. The tub didn’t have a plug so we couldn’t even use it for the jets after we paid extra for that room. One of the beds had a fake eyelash in it. There was hair and other trash all over the floor in the bathroom and room. Just can tell they don’t have good housekeepers. Again the staff was really nice and we liked the shuttle service. They just have a lot of updating and cleaning to do.

The staff is what makes this Inn my favorite spot. Frendly, kind, helpful, welcoming, just to list a few. Atleast the frobtdesh ladies. I havent met any of the other staff. The rooms are always clean and tidy. I recommend this Inn to all my friends and family.

Just what we needed… a nice room close to the airport so we didn’t have to get up at 2:30 am to make our 0 dark 30 flight. Check-in was smooth; room was comfortable location was perfect. Shower was weak but still ok for the $$$.

Place is under renovation and my room was clean and comfortable. Only a mile from the airport, very easy to get to if you are coming in late at night. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was a little lackluster no eggs or sausage but it is a small facility and they certainly did do the best they can with the space available. I’d gladly stay there again if I flew into Billings late.

I stayed here with my family and we absolutely loved it. Everyone was so lovely and the place looked amazing. My room was clean and the beds were so soft. The staff was helpful with all the questions I had. Even breakfast was amazing with a nice selection to choose from. The hotel is being remodeled and I couldn't even hear it. My family fell in love with this place and we will absolutely be back once the remodel is done.

Staff was great. I know yu in renovation. But there was a bit of noise at odd hours. Cant wait till done. Because bathroom really needs fan, vents a nd covers for lights. And toolet was not bolted down. Tub needs work. But like i said yu are in midfle of renovations. Let me know when your done. Dont forget electrical, nothing would stay plugged in. Would be nice to have cable too. Tv was kinda difficult to deall with.

This property is under construction and I don't think I would stay again until it is completely finished. I had to be moved to a second room, not a remodeled room, it was better than the initial room but still not the best. The street noise was excessive, even with the cooler/a/c running all night. However, the shower had much better pressure than I expected, the breakfast was better than I expected & it was economical. So, not a total bust - it holds promise for a possible future stay, but not until the remodel is finished.

It's nothing like the photos. The photos make It out to be super clean and super nice. When I got up to my room, it was a disaster in terms of its condition. Holes all over the wall, paint peeling, dirty corners accompanied by moldy caulk. A shower head not sealed and hanging on for dear life. Paint chips and tears everywhere. It was bad enough that we just left. We ended up not staying there that night and went home. Didn't ask for a refund, just left The stairs going up to the second floor, filthy, trash and cigarette butts on the stairwell, don't think it's ever been power washed, railing was disgusting, caked on gum and dirt, never cleaned in its life. For all intensive purposes, it was ghetto AF. The pictures lie. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of one is because the staff was awesome..
