We left after being there for 20 minutes very dirty holes in wall towels stuffed in wall for ill fitting window ac mold on ceiling dead roach in microwave broken window dried snot on headboard and wall bathroom vents filled with lint hair on sink and foid crumbs all over floors

Windows in both rooms broken and could open from outside! Fire alarm in room dismantled. Zero hot water, even at 4 am. WiFi not strong enough to reach our rooms. One heater not working sufficiently. Tip: use a piece of the coat rack to brace windows from being pushed open. Good: nice staff, allowed us to check in an hour early. Room cleanliness was as expected for the price. Sheets worn but clean.

This hotel is a get what you pay for place with massive potential and an amazing staff. From the GM down to the young man in headphones doing the public areas tbe staff were notbing but accommodating and madd me feel like i was at home if not more welcomed during a very difficult time in my life. I appreciate the time i spemt there and hope to stop again soke day.

The staff was kind, but the facility in is DIRE need of maintenance and a deep cleaning. The room furniture was very worn; the draps had holes in them and did not hang at all points. When I opened the room door in the morning, there was what appeared to be dog poop directly in the door walk area. I won't stay again. I do pray they are able to do some upgrades and maintenance. It has potential to be a great stopover.
