Here you live in a quiet yet central location with modern comfort. An elevator belongs to the equipment of the house.

Your modern furnished 2-room apartment 23RB29 has a size of approx. 45 qm and is equipped for 4 people. It is located on the 1st You can reach the cozy living room with kitchen and separate dining area above the hallway with cloakroom. Adjacent you get into the beautiful sleeping area. In the separate bedroom you will find a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe and blackout fabrics for a good night's sleep. In the living room there is a cozy seating area with sleeping function for the 3rd and 4th Person, a Smart TV, a Playstation 3 with a small game collection and WiFi. The kitchenette has an oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. From the upstream hallway you can reach the spacious bath with additional shower, double sink and hair dryer. You can store your bicycles in the apartment's basement from June 2019.[nbsp] A parking space is available in the center car park (approx. 8 minutes on foot).
