"This place was great. Staff from the moment of arrival were attentive and friendly. The rooms were well laid out, modern and very clean. The roof top bar and swimming pool areas were great with nice views over the city. The gym was also well stocked and the in site cafe and restaurant, along with the adjoining food court also added value to the stay. "The staff here is incredible. Front desk was so accommodating and friendly for all requests (Valencia questions, holding our bags after check-out, responsive on the phone, and always friendly). The hotel itself is in very good condition, the room was spacious and clean. The hotel also has bikes available for rent which was very useful. The location is also solid (~10-15 minute walk from old town). Highly recommend."

We absolutely loved the staff, Carmela and Carmen… they were both so nice and helpful… We had the breakfast one day and it was ok The bathroom wonderful and the mattresses were super comfortable.
