"This place was great. Staff from the moment of arrival were attentive and friendly. The rooms were well laid out, modern and very clean. The roof top bar and swimming pool areas were great with nice views over the city. The gym was also well stocked and the in site cafe and restaurant, along with the adjoining food court also added value to the stay. "The staff here is incredible. Front desk was so accommodating and friendly for all requests (Valencia questions, holding our bags after check-out, responsive on the phone, and always friendly). The hotel itself is in very good condition, the room was spacious and clean. The hotel also has bikes available for rent which was very useful. The location is also solid (~10-15 minute walk from old town). Highly recommend."

"Excellent staff. Some issues with broken items in the room however everything clean and comfortable. Shampoo etc in the bathroom. Parking 16€ per night which was handy. Metro station outside too for easy access to town centre and port (3km to town) Overall a comfortable stay. Would use again "
