"We enjoyed our stay with the beautiful views of the beach and shady backyard. Mostly we enjoyed playing on the beach that has easy enough stairs to access the beach. Other rentals are very close but it didn’t impede on our enjoyment of the property."

"Our host Martha was very friendly and accommodating! She was also able to recommend places around the area to check out after our kayaking trip got canceled. My two friends slept comfortably on the bed and I slept comfortably as well on the futon. The area upstairs fit the essentials with a bathroom and kitchenette in place. We played some of the board games that were there for our use as well. The breakfast included was wonderful as well! Would definitely stay again!"

"We had a wonderful time staying here. The house was spotless. Everything was exactly as described. There were great amenities and plentiful towels. Our kids really enjoyed the home theater, a really unique experience. The pool table was also a big hit. There’s a very spacious backyard with a lovely fire pit and bar seating area. Lots of room to run around and play ball and do art projects. It was really fun to have a water view and the beach access was an easy walk. Clean, fun, toys kept down there, empty except for our family, so very private. We had a large group of children and grandchildren and it was no one felt crowded. Definitely recommend!"

"We stayed for 4 nights in late July with our kids and grandchildren. We loved the location. Town was very walkable. Great playground right up the street for the kids. Everything was very clean! The entire place looked very updated. Loved staying in a place without carpet, just a few rugs. The two full baths were perfect for 8 of us (both very updated) Plenty of towels for all of us too. I saw beach towels in the closet too and a beach bag, we had our own, but that was a nice touch. Washer and dryer too if needed. Kitchen was very well stocked. We brought 2 extra chairs with us for the kitchen table (it has 4 chairs and a bench seat already) Nice pots and pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, coffee maker(regular drip)and a newer dishwasher. Bedding was really nice. There were shams on all of the pillows. I would have liked to see no shams or extra pillows. We removed the shams and replaced them with pillowcases that were in the closet. Our only complaint was the 2 bedrooms upstairs were very warm. There are fans, but no air vents to cool the upstairs well enough. Bonfire pit and chairs by the fire were really nice too! Great backyard for games. I loved not having to worry about a key to get in and out. Keypad worked great!"
