"It was my birthday, we requested early check in and Kayla put a rush on cleaning our room, she was absolutely amazing to deal with, extremely friendly and helpful. I’ve stayed here plenty of times, one being my wedding night so I know late check out is available. We were suppose to go to the beach the next day but it was raining so I asked a different lady (night shift, blonde hair) and she told me, we couldn’t check out late even if I paid, that someone was checking into our room afterwards....

"Was a terrible stay, I booked in advance and was booked for a stay on the 5th floor but once I arrived The lady at front desk changed my room for some odd reason and I was put on the 2nd floor. The room smelt absolutely disgusting like urine and feces and like a wet dog only for me to realize the next day they had lut me In a pet friendly room on the second floor. Im furious will never stay there again becasue I was clearly profiled for being native so they put me in their most disgusting room....

"There was no ceiling in the hallway, and was dark and smelled like mold. Rooms were very dated, but clean. Definitely checked for bedbugs, I think it was ok. Hopefully. There was a strange mechanical noise outside my room that sounded like a viking war bugle. And that was worse than the throng of drunks outside my window from the bar. Thankfully I had earplugs with me, managed to sleep ok, but I slept with my clothes on."
