Room was disgusting (happy to provide photos, blood stained towels, stains on mattress and curtains, asked to change room whilst changing rooms staff member entered the room I was in the process of moving out from tool the dirty pillow I was previously laying on didn't change the pillow case and then gave it to another room (they had kids too) as if it was clean.
