Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Good location for visiting our son at University, nice view out onto the communal gardens. The flat had everything we needed for our stay (although the dishwasher was broken but we coped okay without that, although it would have been nice to know that in advance), and the hosts were friendly and good at answering our questions before our stay.
