Room, staff, cleanliness and food were all amazing. Only negative is that the pool was freezing and the steam room had no steam, but everything else was great and that wouldn’t stop me returning

Excellent location to crufts. The bed was very lumpy so didn’t get a goodnight sleep. Other than that excellent stay will use again. The breakfast was great.

3rd time of staying here, 2nd time I couldn’t have a warm shower in the morning. Rooms do need updating, however very clean. Staff friendly on the whole, however uninterested when I complained about the shower. Food was great in the bar, good atmosphere, and recently refurbished.

Stayed here while visiting Coventry for a a concert little bit of a way out but we're able to get an uber to take us in and out. Check in was very late at 3pm and we were not able to use pool etc because we were not checked in as guests . This meant we had to get changed in a bathroom as we were heading in to town at 2 pm Room was lovely large and clean ,bath and shower to choose from Very good breakfast the next day ,very busy due to events on day before but there was plenty to choose from . We did manage to use leisure facilities that morning up untill 12pm.
