"I rarely write reviews, but our recent stay was so frustrating that I feel compelled to share my experience. While the property itself is beautiful, the service falls completely short of the Ritz-Carlton standard. Our issues began immediately upon arrival. The A/C in our first room was broken. "Unit, amenities, service, location - all top notch"

"Nice spot with Target just right next to it for easy shopping or getting essentials. Roof top pool is a huge plus, just wish they let us use the pool until 10pm or so. Pool closes after sunset. Rooms are clean and you have your own private small balcony. Almost everything you need for everyday usage is provided before hand. Check in was a little confusing for first timers especially if you check in after hours or on the weekends."

"I love the place. That’s is a hidden gem. I would let the guy in the property stay there full time in case the guest need something. He was very helpful. In the lake house you could add some paintings or Japanese drawing to the wall to make it feel more cozy . Overall the experience was great and the birds and landscape are breathtaking. "Property and staff were amazing but the staff at the breakfast/Starbucks were not helpful at all. Bypassing customers waiting to be acknowledged and they looked flustered as if they did not know what they were doing, forgetting orders and giving incorrect orders to customers. "The front desk and bell staff were outstanding. Superb service. The valet staff were the best I have ever experienced. The catered Sunday brunch was great and the wait staff were excellent. The 11th floor rooms were large and very nice. The view was amazing; looking down on the rooftop gardens and event space. Top notch!"

"I had the 3 bedroom penthouse. It looked like the pictures. It was clean, cozy and comfortable. This property is walking distance from just about everything. The deskperson Ray was so welcoming and helpful. My only downfall was the late replies from the host. "When I booked this hotel I was looking for something close to restaurants and attractions. This hotel wasn't close to anything but the attached mall. We paid $50 for a breakfast of croissants, fruit and yogurt. Horribly over priced, inconvenient and staff that act like you're bothering them. Expedias description of the location is inaccurate"

"I really enjoyed my stay I came in town for a Pilates wellness tour I was close to every location I had on my itinerary , my room was cozy clean and comfortable . The rooftop pool is a vibe I recommend checking that out .
