The Snug Townhouse

"We really enjoyed our stay at The Snug Townhouse. The room was definitely snug, but it was comfortable and surprisingly quiet considering the fantastic location right in the middle of Quay Street. We loved being able to step outside and immediately be in the heart of Galway, with restaurants, pubs, shops, and the waterfront all within easy walking distance. The location really couldn’t be more convenient for exploring the city. A great choice if you want to stay right in the center of everything!"

"Good hotel overall. Staff were excellent from.front desk, to breakfasts to housekeeping. Location is a little away from local amenities but taxis are plentiful. A good option for a short stay in Galway."

"Had a nice stay. Good location with free parking. Nice large comfortable room. Only negative - was breakfast service was very slow, and a bit underwhelming. Tea and coffee should be the first thing served not the last. The staff were unmotivated to serve."

Harbour Hotel

"We had a lovely stay at the Harbour Hotel in Galway! It's in a quiet area by the water but a super short walk to the center of town and everything you'd want to do. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the bed was one of the comfiest and largest I've ever had in a European hotel room. My husband and I have a king sized bed at home in the US, so we usually expect a downgrade when we travel (which is fine), but not in this case! Happily surprised!"
