Very nice view vorm the pool overlooking lake lugano, frendly staff. Breakfast should have had more options, but was tastefull and fresh.

All of the hotel has heavy smell of clorine, it come from the pool on the roof. The the service in the restaurant at dinner was terrible, and the food had the standard of a motorway cafeteria 🙈 too bad its this low standard, the location and scenery is amazing

Unfortunately we arrived in the dark during a thunderstorm, and parking was not easy. It's a very steep driveway leading to two different parking lots with virtually no space to turn around. All that said, the room was comfy despite some harsh pin lights in the floor shining upwards that we placed shoes over to "dial down", the check-in staff was friendly, and the views from the pool area were beautiful. Hopefully I can return when it's not raining and use the pool.

Hotel room was decent enough and spacious enough for family of 4. Recommend to bring your own shampoo and conditioner. The pool and view however was spectacular. Hotel was conveniently located to some great restaurants and short drive to the city.
