This beautifully furnished townhome is set beside a large grass area on the bluff offering gorgeous golf views. Recently upgraded with new hardwood flooring, carpet and paint, this is truly a special place featuring comfortable, overstuffed leather furniture in the step-down living area including a native-rock fireplace and large flat-screen TV for kicking back watching sports or after-dinner movie. Light and bright throughout, kitchen has a pass-through to the bar and dining area for convenience as well as a place to sit and chat with the cook. Step onto the patio off living area for morning coffee, firing up the BBQ after golf or enjoying truly world-class views!
