"This property was very dirty. I washed the cupboards, bathrooms ,and floors when we arrived. The listing says 2 bathrooms but we didn’t use the one shower because it was cracked. The neighbors were loud and woke us up every night slamming the stairway door, which made my dog bark. Then they complained about the barking. Please note that a first floor unit requires you to use an elevator AND stairs if you can’t fit in the garage. He did respond to my question about parking our truck somewhere else. And there was coffee and coffee filters provided, so that was nice."

"We were very happy staying at this quiet, peaceful spot. The studio is well appointed and tastefully decorated. Nice touches like Q-tips in the bathroom and snacks in the kitchen show an attention to detail not always found elsewhere. The neighborhood is safe and the off street parking was a big plus. We would be happy to stay here again as well as recommend it to others."

"We stayed because we went to a concert right across the street at the UC Theatre. That was a big plus because we didn't have to drive anywhere. Lots of restaurants around there and some smoke shops. Can't say anything about parking because we got dropped off. I will say the first room we were given hadn't been cleaned so it was a bit gross to see unmade beds and dirty towels. They did immediately put us in another room that was clean. We paid extra to have a private bathroom, and we were quite pleased with the size and cleanliness."

"Great room and view. Bed sheets and blankets were comfy, and best pillows ever. Lots of free coffee and water. Staff was super friendly. Parking was tricky because they don't allow trucks to park in their garage, so it was off-street parking or metered parking. Great air conditioning, TV, and bathroom. Lovely roof-top hangout area. Will definitely stay here again."
