9/10 Wonderful! (374 reviews)
"Previously, I have stayed at Horitzo and has been excellent but some the reception staff have been replaced with some that are a bit blunt and need to learn how to smile. The rooms are generally clean but my request for room I usually get could not be accommodatied by reception staff."
