In a quiet location on the edge of the forest outside the village, there is a holiday apartment with a separate entrance for up to 4 adults and 1 child on the owner's approx. 3000 sqm residential property in his house. There are two further apartments in a separate holiday home on the property. Cycling and hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity, a natural swimming area by the lake is approx. 100 m away. 900 metres away. The approx. 65 square metre, centrally heated apartment (one complete half of the house) extends over two floors and is equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture, dining area, TV, radio), 2 bedrooms via a staircase (1x double bed, 1x double bed.) bed and guest bed), a kitchen (renovated in 2020, electric cooker with oven, fridge, microwave, various small kitchen appliances) and two bathrooms (ground floor: shower/WC, upper floor: bathtub/WC). There is also a furnished terrace, a barbecue, a car park, a children's playground (for all guests) and a washing machine on request (for a fee).

Final cleaning is included in the total price; please bring your own bed linen and towels. To be paid on site: Energy and water according to consumption. A small dog up to 40 cm is allowed in this accommodation.



Rödlin is a district of the municipality of Blankensee in wooded and lake-rich surroundings, approx. 15 km north-east of the district town of Neustrelitz.
