The staff was so very friendly. Everyone was extra helpful! The room was comfortable and large. The view was AMAZING! Parking was super easy, and the breakfast was good and plentiful. The shower pressure was great too! The location was perfect as well.

Beautiful hotel with balcony overlooking Lake Bled. Amazing views. The best breakfast buffet I have seen in Europe/UK. Staff excellent, manager’s cocktail reception when we arrived. Swimming in the Lake the best!

The view from the room was unbeatable and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The food was not great at all and the whole place is very dated and tired. The beach club is nice again with the beautiful view and being able to take a boat out was fantastic.

The hotel is right on the shores of Lake Bled and is full of old world charm. The welcome glass of bubbly in the lobby lounge whilst gazing at stunning Lake Bled was a highlight as was the extensive breakfast. The thermal pools and sauna are fabulous and I highly recommend it. The staff was so welcoming and absolutely wonderful and this is an absolute wonderful base to experience magical Lake Bled

Beautiful location but hotel needs attention. Cricking floor boards, leaking shower, no black out curtains (one curtain significantly shorter than the other) , poor quality towels, impossible to use electric charger for car since they allow any car to park at the electric car slots. Nice private beach but you cannot order any drinks there.

Grand Hotel Toplice exceeded our expectations in every way. The location is unbeatable. Right on Lake Bled with an incredible view of the castle and the island from our room. We spent every morning enjoying an outstanding breakfast, and the lounge area next to the lake was the perfect spot to relax and take it all in. The staff was consistently helpful and friendly throughout our stay, going out of their way to make sure everything was taken care of. Our room was quiet and comfortable, which made for a truly restful stay. Lots of great restaurants and shops just a short walk away. This hotel has it all — stunning views, excellent service, and a peaceful atmosphere. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Lake Bled.

This is a classic and a beautiful property ! The staff was very attentive to alll of our needs during our 3 night stay. Breakfast was amazing with a lot of options. Wonderful pastries breads juices meats cheeses and a menu to order also included. The property has a spa w a pool and saunas we enjoyed relaxing at each afternoon. Location is stellar. Concierge maja was very helpful with events and reservations and more ! Definitely will be back again after the remodel!

This is one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Despite being marketed as a 4- or 5-star property, it barely warrants a single star. I booked a suite for my wife and me, expecting a premium stay, but we encountered numerous issues: the television didn’t work, the carpet was filthy, the drapes were falling off their rods, and the bathroom lights were broken. Worse still, a persistent, unpleasant odor in the room made it impossible for my wife to sleep. The air conditioning unit was only located in the living area, not the bedroom, forcing us to leave the bedroom door open to get any airflow. and even then, the unit was unbearably loud. I raised these concerns with the manager, who offered a nominal discount and an apology, but this gesture felt inadequate given the dismal stay. The only good thing was the helpful staff. However, I will never return to this hotel or any other property in the Sava chain.

There's no question the location is absolutely stunning on the shores of lake bled. Directly looking across at the castle. Absolutely amazing views. The property itself is very old. The buffet side of the breakfast has plenty of fruit and pastries. They imply like you could order something except for all of the wait staff completely avoids you. The interactions at the restaurant were the same you see people there so you know they're not doing anything but almost impossible to flag anybody down or get them to come to the table

The hotel has a killer location that completely changes everything about the stay in Bled. Front desk and the pool team is very nice and helpful. The pool and the beach are outstanding. However, the hotel is very dated and the rooms are falling apart. The hardwood floor is lose and windows panels are cracked. It’s used to be charming but now it just very old. The breakfast service was disappointing, our omelette was discussing but the rest of the breakfast was good and had a lot of verity. Overall, we were very happy with the stay because of the location and the beach. However it’s time to renovate the hotel.
