"The air conditioning in my room was quite loud and the soap holder in the shower was hanging off its fittings. The staff were lovely and helpful though, but overall I expected a bit more given the hotel's rating."
"We stayed one night. Staff were great, the beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. The only feedback was that the air conditioning in our room was less than spectacular. Granted, there was a bit of a heatwave in London, but when we turned the temperature down, only a slight puff of cool air flowed out of the vent. This was not enough to cool the room. We were provided with some fans, so that was nice! Be aware, the floors are loud and creaky. From 4am to 5am it sounded like our upstairs...
"The hotel and room were clean. The staff were nice and helpful when we needed something. Organisation needs to be better though. We had an infant and we were put on the top floor with wasn't a great experience for us given we had to carry multiple items into our room."
"The staff were very welcoming. The room was clean, and it was a short distance from St Pancras/Kings. Worth a stay if you’re looking for a clean, budget hotel."
"Air con is very good, small but cosy rooms, amazing value and staff are very friendly. Mostly self check in which is great as it saves waiting in a queue! There are additional charges for checking in early, leaving luggage in the storage room & to have a hairdryer in your own room - however there is a shared beauty & ironing room which has hairdryers in it."
