"Terrible. Photos are entirely misleading. No access to the facilities advertised. Communication was terrible, from arrival to departure. Breakfast was 1 small slice of toast per person. The shower didn't work on the first day (of 2 days), and the water smelled like sewage. Way overpriced compared to others in the area given what is offered. Stay away!"

"You are greeted at the door at reception and shown around the property and they strive to please you. Rooms and amenities are luxury quality. Breakfast buffet is great with proper settings and indoors, which is great because you can eat without bees attaching you. Nice robes, slippers, towels and amenities. They do a turn down service with fresh towels. The best asset to this hotel is the amazing view, you are at the top of a huge cliff in Anacapri facing the ocean, Napoli and Sorrento. The only con is the hotel is on a busy street neighboring a children sports camp and can be noisy all day. It’s about 10-15 minute walking distance to restaurants and shopping. "

The Weber Ambassador is perfectly located in Marina Piccola—steps from the beach and with easy transportation to the town center. The restaurant is outstanding (special thanks to Cotaldo and Donato), and the pool is the perfect spot when you want to relax without heading down to the beach. The poolside food and drinks are excellent—Michele takes amazing care of guests there. Inside, Juan is fantastic at the bar and always helpful with anything you need. And at the front desk, Antonio truly is the “King of Capri”—he knows all the best spots in town and makes your stay unforgettable."
"Lovely central hotel with lovely staff, good food on-site and a beautiful pool (often completely deserted). Right in the heart of central Anacapri, it’s very close to the bus and taxi stand at Piazza Vittoria and in amongst (very tempting) shops. "
