The ocean was just steps away, right across the road. On-site parking was a plus. The area was not nearly as crowded as Oranjestaad, far more relaxing. "

The lock to our unit was damaged, it took us 5-7 mins each time we wanted to lock and unlock the door, which was very frustrating, no one came down to take a look or get it fixed. "Very clean property, ac works, quiet, near the fisherman area. Only con is its 15-20 mins from the main tourist areas. And if you don’t have a car that’s about 30-40 dollars one way. "The house was really big and had plenty space for our entire family. The kitchen had everything we need to cook while we were there. The pool was really nice and there was plenty of space to be outside. We didn't have washcloths when we first checked in but our host was amazing and got it resolved quickly. It was really nice that were games, beach stuff, snorkeling stuff and beach towels for us to use. We loved being able to walk outside see the beautiful water and the sunset. We personally loved being away from all the crowds and could relax in peace. It is located very close to major road ways so you can get to any party of the island very easily. "
