The Space:

Located in the heart of the Aska Adventure Area, just minutes from waterfalls, hiking, fishing, skeet shooting, tubing and other great adventures! Whimsical Ways is a brand new chink log cabin, with intricate wood details, high end furnishings, wonderful colors and multiple things to do.



Located at the end of the road, it provides privacy, serene beauty, and a wonderful connection with nature. This escape is still close to some great restaurants including Toccoa Riverside Restaurant, Van Zandt’s, Iron Bridge Cafe and the new Mill at Noontootla. In addition, Noontootla Creek Farms offers guided fly fishing, guided quail hunting, and sport clay shooting just 10 minutes from the cabin!



Your adventure begins down the beautiful scenic Aska Road providing wonderful views of the river, lush forest, and magical beauty of the North GA Mountains. It is all paved road access until you arrive at the gravel road leading to the cabin. Just a short ½ mile back you will arrive at your whimsical home away from home!



Entry is provided with a four digit code that you will receive one day prior to arrival. Once you enter, you will understand why it is called Whimsical Ways! A flare of warmth and bold design will greet you! Be sure to look for our mascot, Mrs. Pigeon Creek hanging on the wall next to the fireplace! Just a little personal touch for your enjoyment!



The living room will boast a large couch with a chase, comfortable chair, coffee table, area rug, blankets, side table with lamp, smart TV and wood burning fireplace.



To the left will be the dining room with table seating for 6, large island with four bar stools and a fully equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, coffee bar (coffee and flavors provided) and beautiful custom cabinets. It is supplied with everything you will need for the perfect meal.



A half bath sits directly off the kitchen/living room area for convenience.



The large master king suite is directly off the living room. It features side tables with lamps, dresser, smart TV, ceiling fan, access to the deck. In addition, it offers an exciting loft escape for the kids. This area has a projection screen TV, sitting area, fan, cool lighting and a magical escape so many kids love. The loft ladder is attached to the wall providing security for the access to the area. Please use caution when using.



The main level screened porch can be accessed from the living room, entry door or king bedroom. It has a dining table for 6, gas grill, rocking chairs and a two person glider (not pictured) to take in everything nature has to offer. It will be a popular spot during your stay!



The lower level has another living space with cozy chairs, poof foot stool, couch, coffee table, gas fireplace and smart TV. In addition, this area has an air hockey table, convertible to a ping pong table, darts, and multiple board games. There is also a wet bar, with a mini fridge to provide convenience for this area.



There are two bedrooms on the lower level with a private queen bedroom with access to the lower deck and a full over full bunk bedroom with an additional slide out twin (pictures will show). Both bedrooms have smart TV’s and the bunk room has a desk and standup arcade game.



There is a full bathroom located just outside the doors of both. It has a tub/shower combo and single vanity.



The laundry room is also located on the lower level with a full size washer and dryer, laundry basket, ironing board and iron. Laundry pods are provided for your stay.



The lower deck has a five person hot tub and additional cozy seating to read your favorite book or take a nap.



The fire pit is located just outside the living room/game room. It has a large flat space with six Adirondack chairs for your comfort.



Dogs are allowed at the property. We will take two dogs, up to 50 lbs. each. The owners respectfully ask that you do not allow them on the furniture or beds and to crate them when you are away.



There is so much beauty at this cabin. The construction details, wonderful décor, and relaxing atmosphere will provide comfort, relaxation and wonderful memories!

Guest Access:

Access is via keyless entry. A check-in code will be provided 1 day prior to arrival. Checkout code will be provided the day before with instructions.



The entire cabin is available to the guest with the exception of the owners closet



The Neighborhood:

Whimsical Ways is located in the heart of the Aska Adventure Area. The cabin is nestled in the woods, at the end of the gravel road providing your private mountain escape. There are other cabins visible but not to the backside of this property. The road is easily navigable and there is parking for up to three vehicles. Four wheel drive is not necessary.



Getting Around:

The property is located in the heart of the Aska Adventure area featuring excellent hiking trails, trout fishing, tubing, kayaking, waterfalls, state parks and easy access to downtown Blue Ridge. The famous Toccoa River Restaurant is within walking distance.

Privacy:

Other properties are in the neighborhood. We ask that you please respect the owner's privacy and comply with private property signs.



Pets:

Dogs are allowed at the property. We will take up to two dogs, under 50 lbs. each. The owners respectfully ask that you do not let them on the furniture or beds and to crate them when you are way.

All dogs are required to be on a leash when outside. Please be respectful and pickup after your dog.



Trash and Litter:

Trash pickup service is provided on Tuesday and Friday. If the trash cans are full upon arrival, please contact the property management office. All trash must be bagged and placed into the trash cans provided and lids securely attached. Our nature friends love to make a mess when this is not done and the trash companies will not pick up loose trash. Also if you exceed the capacity of the trash cans before pickup it is your responsibility to remove and take to the disposal locations at:

Quiet time:

Please keep your noise to a minimum between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. both inside and outside. This includes hot tubs, fire pits, and porches. Sound travels easily in the mountains and can disturb unseen neighbors.



Smoking Policy:

This property is a NO SMOKING property of any kind.
