Tried calling housekeeping several times, tried calling the front desk several times and no one ever answered the phone. Husband eventually went to front desk so that we would at least have towels for the morning. Although there were plenty of places to eat, they were mostly all fast-food areas."

"We had to change rooms because the first one had a dirty refrigerator and melted ice cream that spilled all over the floor. The second room smelled so much like cigarette smoke my daughter’s allergies flared. Needless to say we left there and went somewhere else! Doesn’t look like the pictures either. "

"Clean, wonderful staff but was told indoor pool was available but it was closed for construction. Also, we were told upon arrival that there was a $15.00 charge per night to park. I was so confused as nothing mentioned this new charge. We love staying here but was very disappointed about the pool and especially the parking charges."
