"We were so pleased upon check-in (a very smooth process) to see that the listing pictures and the actual home were just alike. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms spacious, the kitchen a chef's dream, and the entire back wall of sliding doors allowed us the most beautiful view of the yard and the river. We enjoyed sitting on the dock and using the kayaks. Such a peaceful place! We were five adults and couldn't have been happier with the accommodations! The next time we visit family in Marianna, we definitely hope to stay here again! "
"I would like to say that anyone giving a negative review is most likely an uptight person in general. This place is awesome especially for the price. The gentleman at the front desk running it is extremely nice. And they keep everything very clean. Some of the furniture is a little worn. Only because of years of being in service. But overall one of the cleanest hotels i have ever stayed in. And i say life saver because of the price and how the owner was able to work with me on a price so far for an extended stay. since im staying there for work in the area. He is very fair and nice. Im still currently staying here. If it wasnt for this establishment id be living in the car. Id like to say thank you to them if they see this. You're awesome. For real thank you thank you.
