"All The lights in the room were very dim making it hard to see, several holes in the walls in the bathroom & doors, no closet doors on closet, towels & wash cloths very dingy & stained, microwave had no handle on it, hair dye spatter on wall, 3 VERY FLAT pillows on bed, room phone had a huge burn mark on it, bed was made poorly, drip pans for the burners in the kitchenette was wrapped in aluminum foil, screens coming out the windows, knob to open & close windows broken, guy at front desk in the back sleeping which would lead to anyone walking in unknowingly, main door to room almost didn’t close completely, burn marks on all the furniture, lamp shades falling apart, stains & hard spots on the carpet."

"The internet was fast. It was good. The air conditioning and the heating was outstanding. The room was very clean up by the staff. The staff was very friendly and very helpful whenever you needed help.."

"Room was absolutely neglected. Front desk staff was very unaccommodating, rude and condescending. There was a snowstorm during my visit. The parking lot was never plowed properly nor salted, sanded etc. I had fallen twice during the duration that I was trying to dig my car out, I asked the front desk staff if we could use their shovels. They told me that there would be a $50 deposit because they didn't want us to break them. I was absolutely appalled by that, considering the fact that I believe it would have been their job to take care of the property maintenance in that situation. Doors and stairways were not shoveled on the outside of the building, leaving us dropped with 3 ft of snow in front of the doors at points in time during the storm. I was mocked by the young lady that works the front desk multiple times for an incident that had occurred while I was there. I was fleeing a domestic violence situation, I had notified the staff of that and it was completely disregarded and laughed about in front of my face by the staff. I will never stay at this establishment again nor will I ever recommend it. In extreme disappointment for a local establishment."

"Lovely, open floor plan home. Super comfortable beds, perfect for our stay and family visit. Enjoyed every moment and will def. stay here again next time we are in the area. Owner was very communicative and helpful, home had everything we could need and more. Felt so comfortable, warm and inviting here. Super convenient to everything we needed. "We had a great time. The property was a perfect location for our family reunion. The property was clean and fully equipped for our needs. The bedrooms were comfortable, and there was plenty of room for group activities, cooking, and meals. The property has a great view of the cove. There are some nice hiking /running trails in the state park just north of the property."

"Epic home. Grandeur and style. Waterfront masterpiece. Property manager was nearby and so gracious. Built a fire in our fireplace and managed questions so helpfully. So many gorgeous well appointed rooms to choose from. Owner easy to reach and responsive before during and after stay. "
