"Room was so hot , could not cool it down . Had a quick question for the front desk , looking just for a yes or no answer but was told to get to the back of the Line like I was a 10 year old ,9 people In Line at the time and it was not moving "

"Excellent included breakfast. Most hotels don't have anything or if they do its coffee and cheap pastries. Here full breakfast with eggs, sausage, french toast, waffles, fruits, cereal and any breakfast beverage. "

"The host was the most kind and flexible person to deal with! We were visiting Toronto for a family funeral and the host was so compassionate and kind adjusting to our needs and responding quickly. Apartment was good value for the money. One small complaint was the unit was too hot when we first arrived and took most the night to cool down. The heat was done out of kindness as it was very cozy when we arrived but made it a bit tough to sleep. Other than that a great stay! "
