Everything was excellent: the rooms were clean and well maintained, and the staff were extremely professional and kind. I would especially like to thank Ms. Niha, who was exceptionally helpful and courteous, particularly during the checkout process and with the arrangements afterward. There are only two minor points for improvement: slippers were not provided in the room, and basic hygiene amenities such as toothpaste, a toothbrush, and a shaving razor were not available. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would gladly recommend this hotel. Thanks"
