The staff were friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean and tidy, and the overall decor and attention to detail were superb. I would definitely stay here again.
Pool was closed, it appeared indefinitely! The gentleman who greeted us gave excellent local info and the snacks and drinks provided were much appreciated after a long drive. Would absolutely stay here again.
Free parking in front of the room. Staff was super helpful and nice. Room has been updated and had a great mattress.
Clean room/bathroom.
Would definitely stay here again.
This totally hit the spot on a cross country road trip. Super easy check-in, friendly, helpful, and efficient staff and a very nicely remodeled motel. Cleanliness was top notch and the bedding quite comfortable. We highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

This worked out Great! David and Letty were helpful.
You can park in front of your room. (Adventure Bike Friendly) BDR** Thank you.
Nice to be able to park right in front of your room. Blythe is in the middle of nowhere so it made a quiet place to overnight on our road trip to Phoenix
The rooms are beautiful and we’re clean. I was able to check in earlier than expected. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating, the only thing that was a concern was there wasn’t many options to dine near the hotel.
This is a basic motel, with no amenities except the room. However, the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The property is well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is very good for the price.
I've been to Blythe many times but never knew about this hotel. What a shame!
The rooms are really spacious, clean and come complete with a fridge/freezer, a microwave and a coffee machine. The decor is a little dated, but it is extremely clean and well looked after.
They are conveniently next to the best breakfast place in town, so the fact that they don't do breakfast is not an issue.
The staff are really friendly and helpful. The lady at the front desk as work at the company for 27 years; that says it all!
This is now my "always go to" hotel in Blythe. A great find.
Don’t judge a motel by its parking lot. If you do, you will miss a comfortable room in a property that is undergoing restoration.
The management is friendly— greeting travelers with offers on in-lobby free snacks and beverages.
The management has seen to it that the rooms are clean and accessible with secure door locks.
Outside, due to the desert heat, some ground maintenance occurs after dark. There might be noise.
Inside the room is a comfortable bed, desk, working flat screen tv with satellite signals.
The pool/hot tub are drained and closed, but other Blythe motels have drained pools too.
Very well kept and updated motel. Easy and quick check in. The only downside was the very noisy hvac unit. But aside form that, the Magnuson is superb and highly recommended.
The desk attendant was extremely helpful and nice. He even joked around with my son and made him laugh and made him feel comfortable. The room was easy to get to, and very clean. Everything in the room worked extremely well. I would definitely stay again and recommend people to stay here.
