Staff were lovely and accommodating. Restaurant food was amazing. Hotel room was lovely and big enough for the 3 of us. Hotel was lovely and clean. Had a small disappointment when bathroom was not cleaned on request.

Overall we had a lovely stay, however we stayed over two nights and had booked a table for dinner on the Saturday night. The hotel was either under staffed or they had overbooked the restaurant. The service was very slow and we had to ask about our main meals as we waited nearly an hour for them to be brought out. Took forever to order desserts and again for them to be brought out to our table. The staff were lovely but seemed to be under a lot of pressure due to the business of the restaurant. The food itself was very good both on the Friday night and the Saturday night.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only slight fault is that those working were extremely busy and so service was a bit slower. This is not unique to this hotel, we have found this in other places. Just a shortage of staff. But those there couldn't have done more to provide their service.
