Although they didn’t know it, we were there for a sad occasion, and front desk’s energy and kindness helped immensely. The room was very clean: I gave it four stars only because it smelled somewhat mildew at times. Room itself was very clean … think the bathrooms would benefit from fans. All told, though, this was a great find at a reasonable price on Gasparilla Island. "

"Boaters Paradise at Palm Point was a great location for easily docking the boat and unloading for our stay! The main house was beautiful and comfortable. The agent/owner were responsive and easy to work with. The location and the views - especially at sunrise were amazing! We even watched dolphins playing from the porch! The beach was a short walk away and the dock was very convenient for fishing trips. My family and I had an enjoyable time for a nice fall weekend! "
