This is a spacious home with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The home is located in a safe, quiet and friendly neighborhood with quick access to I-95. It offers an open floor plan and is fully furnished including a completely stocked kitchen and linens for both the bedrooms and bathrooms, updated appliances including washer/dryer, refrigerator and dishwasher. 5 TV's (1 large screen) and offers Wi-fi and cable. The master bedroom has a king size bed, 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and 3rd bedroom has 1 full and 1 twin bed and trundle bed (sleeps 4 total) The 4th bedroom has a queen size bed and twin trundle (sleeps 3 total -this room can be added for an additional cleaning fee) the home has recent renovations with new bathrooms and a freshly painted interior. Spend days relaxing or entertaining guests by barbecuing on the large screened in porch that overlooks a private fenced in backyard safe for both children and pets. Property manager lives on sight In a separate efficiency apartment with separate entrance, sharing only the laundry room and driveway. Vrbo disclaimer extra fees include $150 for cleaning and $100 additional pet fee.

Delightful home

Our host was an absolute dream to work with over our month-long stay in Boca. The kitchen had anything we could have needed, the rooms were spacious with comfy mattresses, the area super great! If I ever need to come back to Boca I’ll hope to stay here.

Mothers 90th Birthday Celebration

Overall accommodations were perfect for the large group and birthday celebration planned. The property owner was flexible on check in time, very much appreciated with two little toddlers and naptimes ! The one slider door was a little difficult to slide back and forth, the track looked to be needing some maintenance. Very nice time had by all !

Great Stay

This property was perfect for our family. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need. The backyard and enclosed porch were great for relaxation. You do need to request if you would like to use the fourth bedroom. The property is only three miles from the beach.

Came with two friends from different parts of the world to celebrate another friend’s wedding. Everything about the house and neighbourhood were perfect for our needs. Comfortable and spacious and excellent communication to our questions along the way. Can’t recommend enough!

Pleasant Simple Comfortable Convenient Stay

This was our first vacation home rental stay and we absolutely enjoyed it! The home was clean well maintained and had everything we needed and then some. Owner was on site, but you wouldn't know it. We did meet owner who was personable and very attentive for the few inquiries we had. Took the time to provide small details about the home. We never felt imposed on or without privacy. In fact we were very comfortable and enjoyed the obvious TLC put into the home. Everything was in good working condition and it was great to enjoy the space with our family. The location definitely added to the convenience of our stay and the neighborhood was pretty quiet. Would definitely stay again and will certainly recommend to others.

Great stay - close to FAU, Publix & Chick-fil-a

Great stay at this property. Clean and well stocked. 3 bedrooms with 2 baths. New fridge with ice and water in door, new oven and dishwasher. TV with streaming. Wifi. New washer & dryer. Seating for 6 at dining table and in living area. Comfortable.Close to places to eat, gas station and shop for supplies. Close to FAU as our stay was for college softball tournament; less than 10 minutes with traffic. Quick & convenient 30/40 minutes from/to Ft. Lauderdale/Hollywood airport via I95. Quiet neighborhood. House backs up to (back of) Publix Grocery but backyard is fenced so it's private and quiet. Birds and a couple of lizards to enjoy with morning coffee. We heard a Turtle Dove each morning! Kitty came to visit one morning! So sweet! Screened back porch with ceiling fan.Simple instructions and easy checkout...leave towels in washing machine, start dishwasher and take out trash. Door locks by itself in/out. Use code to enter.Prompt attention from Gina when we had questions. Very pleasant to work with.

House is 3 bedrooms. Shares wall with owner in garage apt.

House is 3 bedrooms not 4. I specifically asked if this was a 4 bedroom house to host Thanksgiving and once we arrived we realized it was a 3 bedroom. I asked about the 4th bedroom and she didn’t reply until the next day. Owner does state it’s an additional fee to have the 4th bedroom, We have messages specifically asking and informing of how many family members and cars would be onsite. Owner lives in the garage, you share the laundry room. You hear her in the laundry room and when she’s in the converted garage you hear the tv and her conversations. Very odd. You do not have privacy and feel like you need to whisper due to the thin walls. No house note with WiFi or house information. Closets seem to share storage items, wheel chair and lamp shades. Barely two cars fit on your (left side) side of the driveway. She parks on the right. The owner seems nice and did let us check in two hours early and check out two hours late (my father is in ICU) but that doesn’t cancel out the above issues. This listing needs to be updated. It’s either a 3 bedroom or it’s a 4.

Comfortable stay

The home was overall clean, fully stocked, spacious and decorated nicely with an ocean theme. Check in and out was simple. There were a few issues to mention. First, there was a dead snake in the sliding door track in the Queen room that had clearly been there awhile. Despite being outwardly clean, there was some filth behind some areas of furniture, namely down toward baseboards. The area of the home in and near the master was markedly more warm than the rest of the home we had access to. We thought we might grill for Father’s Day since our dad lives in town. When we took the cover off the grill, the grates were well beyond dirty with what appeared to be white mold. Fortunately we were early enough to make a plan b, but don’t feel we should have been forced to. Lastly, we felt misled after reading carefully the write up for this property. The pool information was misleading at best, listing pool (and golf, among many other things to do) on site in addition to communal pool- in which the closest, the public pool, was several blocks away, in the neighborhood. All in all, our stay was enjoyable, and, being delayed two days because of the recent rains, the host was willing to allow us to stay an extra night, which, unfortunately, could not happen due to our schedules.

Beauty in Boca

My sisters and I stayed for a short weekend for a visit with local family. We booked on short notice and received quick responses to schedule fast. We had groceries delivered before we arrived and Misty was so kind to bring them inside for us. We are grateful for the lovely property, great proximity and a wonderful host.
