Room 230 There’s no alarm clock The USB ports were not functional The air conditioner was very noisy The smoke alarm in the hallway out side the room beeped all night as if the batteries needed changing (that’s comforting)(I have a video) The comforter was more like a sheet and not warm at all not to mention filthy! (I have Picture) Is there wifi here? No one said and there was no password given The tv guide on the tv is incorrect The bar and restaurant are not part of the hotel- which is fine but that needs to be better advertised people that had not brought their credit card to the pool were very annoyed they couldn’t put it on their room. I sat at the bar and over and over and over again the bartenders had to explain the situation. I could see their irritation growing so I asked, “how many times a day does this happen?” They said it was constant EVERY DAY! How has this issue never been addressed? Signage, information upon check-in or even upon booking! That’s a ridiculous problem that evidently know one anywhere has tried to fix. For $400 a night I was MORE than disappointed. This hotel reminded me more of a Hilton Express. And I thought they had room service. If they do I couldn’t find any evidence of such and most likely they don’t because of the severance between the hotel and the restaurant! Another huge disappointment!

Room was across from the elevator. A lot of noise from talking guests well into the evening. Could hear toilets flushing constantly, again well in to the evening. Not sure where this came from. If we didn’t have the skunk room it would have been much nicer

Friendly staff but housekeeping was non existent and there were no viable food options directly from the hotel. The air conditioner was extremely loud and we could hear every single person coming on and off the elevator. I got locked out of my room accidentally and in order to get a new key they had to cancel the other ones, so my husband could not get back in. The staff was not friendly. The service help was loud in the hallway each day at 7:00am. Doors were constantly slamming in the hallway. The elevator was down. The restaurant took all the hotel parking and I had to park on the third floor of the parking ramp. For an older lady, it was difficult and scary, especially at night. The breakfast at the restaurant…I was the only guest at 8:30am…, was horrible. Simple questions to the front desk staff were met with blank stares.

The hotel offered a comfortable stay overall. The beds were especially comfortable, which made for a good night’s sleep. Another positive aspect was the location, as it was conveniently close to shops and restaurants, making it easy to get around and find dining options. However, one downside was the room’s location. It was situated behind the pool waterfall, and when the waterfall was running, it created a lot of noise that made the room less peaceful.
