"The hotel is very clean, and since it is relatively new, everything is in great condition. The rooms are modern and well maintained. The only downside is the breakfast. Instead of freshly prepared scrambled eggs, they serve pre-packaged scrambled eggs, which was a bit disappointing. If they improved the breakfast by offering freshly made eggs, I would probably give the hotel a full 5-star rating. There is plenty of parking available. It is paid parking, but the parking facilities are convenient and well organized. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel."

"Property was easy to find and quick to access. Room was clean on arrival and reasonably cool, with aircon, considering outside temperature was 30°+. First morning we realised there was a very unpleasant smell in room and couldn't work out where it was coming from as didnt appear to be drains in bathroom. Contacted property manager and he responded quickly offering to have someone stop by. We decide just to buy air diffuser for room as only staying 2 nights, and needed to head out, so couldn't wait on someone coming. Smell worse when we returned in evening and seemed to be linked to air conditioning unit. Excessively hot in Bochum so we couldn't do without aircon so decided just to put up with it overnight as not possible to open window and still have aircon running. I'm hoping the smell issue has been rectified by our next visit as room was great other than that issue. The location was perfect for our needs and not noisy considering it's on the Ring Road. Plenty shops and restaurants around property. Personally, I would have preferred a safe and fridge but, as only a short stay, room was sufficient. Coffee machine with a few pods and kettle with 4 different teas."
