Good location the best sea but terrible management

Terrible management. Terrible staff. Terrible welcoming. Very very small room. Terrible wifi No connect from room. Only can from lobby. All clients can not sit at looby and use internet These are real comments Plus altough my friend made the payment through hotels.com. Intelligent hotel couldnt find our confirmation and payment details. We called our friend in istanbul. They made us wait at lobby like 30 min for their fault. Terrible management

Bu kadar kötü olabileceğini füşünmemiştim.Ucuz etşn yahnisi misali söyledikleri hiçbir hizmet verilmiyor.Otel çalışanları oldukça küstah, yemekler çok ama çok kötü sürekli dışarıda yedik internet asla yok umuda kapılmayın külliyen yalan.Kazara yemek pişirilen alanı görürseniz zaten su bile içmezsiniz.Animasyon ekibini çok övmüşlerdi merak ediyordum ama havuz başında sedar ortaçın 15 yıllık parçalarını çalıncs repertuarda çöktü gitti.Övüyorsanız size hizmet sınırsız ama olumsuz birşey söylediğimizde yüzünüze bile bakmıyorlar sizi başlarından savıp işlerine bakıyorlar.Paranızla rezillik alakart restoranttan oğlum için köfte istedim 40 dakikada anca geldi çocuğun köfteyi ağzına almasıyla tükürmedi bir oldu tadına baktım leş gibi kokuyordu bozuk etten içi yemyeşil bir köfte daha neler neler hergün ayrı bir rezalet yaşadık havuz temizlenmiyor su sirkülasyonu yok bahçe, su kaydırağı havuzun yanındaki duş ve wc akanı leş gibi kokudan durulmuyor salata dışında birşey yiyemiyorsunuz ilk 20 dakikada çatal tabak kaşık bitiyor saatlerce sıra bekliyorsunuz sanki bedava gibi istediğiniz herşeye çalışanlar tepki gösteriyor oda servisi asla yok (var deniyor) deniz rezalet yanına bile yaklaşılmıyor kısaca bu tatil bize zehir oldu bu oteli asla tavsiye etmiyorum bence portföyünüzden çıkarın aracı kurum olarak sizede bakış açısı değişiyor

Disappointing!

First impressions were good, lovely, clean & well kept hotel. Dont think it had been open long this season as when meal times came the food was shocking & no choice, you got what you were given! On our 2nd night a coach full of Arabic tourists arrived and all of a sudden everything sprang to life, thank god they turned up. Weather was awful but clearly that is not the hotels fault but there was no bar but the open pool bar available so we had to take our drinks and sit in reception, not great!! Overall a disappointing weekend.

Good Value Hotel

The weather was lovely the whole week we were there. Lovely warm welcome at reception, lovely clean well looked after pool area/pool side bar. Hotel was kept very clean and the staff were very friendly.
