This is very poor place both amenities and all equipment, furniture everything they use. They charge 3 Euro per day for the safe. They have even shortage of beach towels. Beach area not clean, not enough beds on the beach, always struggled to find it. Reception staff totally unfriendly and unwelcoming, although all other staff pleasant and friendly. Expedia should be shameful to sell this property as 4-5 stars property, it is very poor might be 3 stars.

Entry Level All Inclusive hotel.....

I had a good time, but we only chose it because my friend had a pretty small holiday budget, so I guess you get what you pay for. This is an entry level all inclusive hotel and desperately in need of updating/refurbishing (although to be fair we did stay nearer the end of the season). The staff are friendly enough, but not much English is spoken. I wouldn't stay again or recommend it.

Nothing WOW,just so,so hotel.....

An average level hotel,good as a choice for some deal or low price.Otherwise,if you're looking for something more fancy then this is definitely not the place. I had good time relaxing,enjoying sun and water,but also had issues. Overall I can say that I had ok vacation. Will I choose this hotel in the future? Honestly,I don't think so. Besides of hotel,My experience with Expedia wasn't pleasant at all.After they take your money there is no way or reason that they will give refunds,change hotel or things like that.So,lesson learned.

Quite good. Staff very helpful, though the language barrier was significant. Room clean but cleaning service can take place quite late in the day. Food very good and many choices available. The spa experience is very good (go for the full package). Entertainment is not great but the activity team themselves are very friendly. Overall, 3.5 stars, not 4 stars.
