The hotel room was disgusting. Furthermore, if you are a black person, you should definitely not go to this hotel. Even the people that work at the hotel will be looking at you like an animal in a zoo. Nothing was well organised and barely no one speaks English!

Needs some cleaning

If only they focused on the cleaning, the place it's self was good, but the rooms were never cleaned, the floors never mopped the bedding for a full week never changed, and the towels the same, it was very hot last week we needed clean towels had to request them, the ones left on the floor that are your indication that you want new ones were folded and put up again. There was adults there during the day but at night it was all teenagers and young very young adults running the hotel. I had emailed prior to booking enquiries made about vegan options assured there was a full menu that would carter for me there was not. There was less than minimal I had to purchase my own non dairy milk. When I spoke to the chef's and kitchen staff the just shrugged their shoulders no help with it given. The pool area was lovely, even if the music was blaring Just a bit on the too loud side. The setting is lovely, the beach area is lovely regular shuttle bus service on the hour it is a short walk also, but the rooms and lack of cleaning really let's the place down. There are no footpaths so you won't be going for any walks in the location. Local bus service was great very reliable it's 1hr from Bodrum town for 20lira. The gym while it had 4 treadmills only 1 was working when spoke to staff they just shrugged their shoulders said they didn't know.

Not anymore a golden age for this hotel

I booked a family suite which include 2 bedrooms( one with a double bed plus a single bed and the other bedroom with a twin bed) in that hotel for 9 days. I contacted the hotel and asked the to set up the twin beds as a double bed as my partner and I wanted to stay there but when we got to the hotel the twin beds haven’t been set up and still were separated! Our room was at the ground floor and the room balcony faced swimming pool, basically the room was next to crowded swimming pool so I went to reception to ask them to change our room but amazingly I notice the receptionist can’t speak English! She called another colleague who couldn’t speak or understand much English and he promised me to change our room in 24 hours and that never happened. The hotel location is 40min drive to central Bodrum and the main harbour so you definitely need to rent a car otherwise have to pay 280 to 300 Turkish lira anytime want to go to central as there is not much to see in Gumusluk( hotel location). The hotel layout and buildings are nice but unfortunately the hotel is not well maintained. Toilet flush frame in our room was broken as well as the shower head holder, however, I asked them to repair it, but this did not happen. The room service was a disaster and we have to go to the reception anytime we wanted clean towels or toilet paper, sometimes cleaner was coming at 3 or 4 pm to clean the room which I never seen somewhere else before!

Ein sehr sehr sehr schmutziges Hotel, ich habe mich noch nie so unwohl in einem Hotel gefühlt, die Toilette hat die ganze Nacht über laute geräusche gemacht, die Toilette war so dreckig, dass ich da nicht einmal Duschen wollte. Wir haben sogar einmal das Zimmer gewächselt. Sehr schade die Lage des Hotels ist traumhaft schön aber das Hotel verliert an einiges. Schade

Hotel war in Ordnung. Mehr aber auch nicht. Service ok. Animation. Nichts. Sauberkeit des Zimmers. Nicht vorhanden. Ausstattung. Naja. Einzig gute war das Team von Serhat und Arap aus dem Shisha Bereich. Dank diesen Jungs war der Urlaub angenehm und schön. Ansonsten waren noch positiv anzusprechen, Ismailcan und Serhat vom Barkeeper Team. Rezeption War ok. Einzig aufmerksame Person, soweit ich mich erinnern kann Sude.

Otelin genel anlamda sunduğu imkanlar güzel. Başta otel manzarası iki farklı havuz bulunması, plaj servisi, sauna hamam fitness vs. Yemekler lezzetli fakat çeşitlilğin az olması ve odaların genel anlamda temizliğinin yetersiz olmasıda negatif unsurlar. Personel güleryüzlü ve yardımsever. Fiyat performans olarak iyi bir tercih diyebilirim, tekrar konaklama yaparmıyım evet yaparım.

At the reception desk you will find unprofessional workers. They only know how to deal with locals. Any issues that arise with foreigners are to be ignored not solved. Bring lots of cash because your foreign cards will not work. If you happened to forget something after check out you will not get it even though they will pledge to send it. The Manager of the hotel is the only professional problem solver but she is busy most of the time. She has a great personality also. I wish you goodluck!
