Not as expected. The room felt not clean and was dusty. The drain in the shower smelt bad everytime you opened the shower. The air condition stopped working after a couple of hours after check-in. It could not be operated on the panel in the room, but after calling the reception twice it got turned on suddenly. The toilet in the pool area was missing toilet paper, and even after telling the employees nothing happend. The hotel’s location it perfect, and very nice view. But that was also the only good thing about it.

terrible experience

I don't know where to start.The hotel had two beaches, they sold one of them, the other is getting all the waves and the dirt hence not possible to swim.They add things you didnt consume to your bill at the beach. You ask for a cocktail at the beach and the response is that they don't have the personnel to make the cocktails that are on the menu. they ask you to leave the beach around 530pm because they are placing the tables for the restaurant for dinner. There is no hot water for shower at night when you get back from dinner.You ask for drinking water to your room, which they charge for, yet they sent bottles that are open during these pandemic times. the housekeeping just only put the cover of the sheets every day and put new shampoo, no cleaning of the room or toilette or changing the sheets. You call for towel for which you need to wait for hours. I went to breakfast only once, and they couldnt cook sunny side up eggs for breakfast, and when I asked to be redone, the chef poured just salt in it. And you end up paying 500 euro per night just for the room.Total disappointment

Hotel beach and public area was good. Rooms were not clean or well maintained . The staff do not speak English so service was a bit slow . Overall we enjoyed the stay because of the beach and because the manager always tried to make things better while we were there
