All the staff are incredibly kind and courteous. Airport transit was flawless, and very easy. Stayed in the Samaan Suite. Bed was comfortable. Had room service every night, so the food is definitely reliable, they also ask about dietary restrictions at check in, and were happy to make dishes according to our needs. This was my 3rd trip to Maldives and this was my best experience yet. I loved the fact that the resort was adult only. That was great especially since I am in education. Like many people staying over in the Male area, we arrived on a flight in the late evening and needed a place to stay before we flew to the main resort we had booked for our vacation in the Maldives. Nice hotel , attentive staff, close to everything. Budget friendly for a family of four to enable us to enjoy the beauty of the Maldives. Great dinners right on the beach were delicious, filling and price perfectly for a family. Can't wait to come back !!!

First, this hotel is the best kept secret. Somerset ranks number one in my book. It is the only hotel I would stay in when in Male. The hotel's rating is four stars but overall it's a five star. Not in the best of locations (small street) but it's located next to everything you need. I was treated like valuable customer by all the staff including the great restaurant next door. The food was excellent, people friendly and they truly find pleasure in giving their guest amazing service.

We stayed one week in the "Super Cute" two-bedroom suite. The rooms were high quality, comfortable, and immaculate. The staff (housekeeping, front desk, restaurant, and excursion) were all fantastic and detail-oriented. This place was awesome! I arrived early in the morning, they let me check in no problem. The room was clean, comfortable, and great AC. Everyone was incredibly nice and accommodating. Cool room structure almost apartment style. Your own private room, bathroom, desk, etc. but also an outer area you share with one other room that has a kitchenette, and larger sitting room. I liked the location. Felt very safe, and fun to walk around. Very clean, comfortable, and had great staff.
