Amazing apartment in Börgerende

This dreamlike approx. 70 m2 vacation apartment is located on the 1st floor of a beach villa newly built in 2012 only 80 m behind the dike and a few steps from the beach.



The high-quality furnishings convince with special details such as oak wood floors, numerous original paintings by a Mecklenburg artist and a modern fitted kitchen. From the living-dining area and bedroom, as well as the balconies, the unobstructed view to the sea is an experience. An escape is located in the living area.



Unique excursion destinations are in the immediate vicinity such as the Hanseatic city of Rostock-Warnemünde, the former Cistercian monastery Doberaner Münster and the first German luxury seaside resort Heiligendamm. A visit to the nature reserve Conventer Niederung, which is directly adjacent to Börgerende, and the Gespensterwald, which is characterized by Windflüchter, will be an unforgettable experience.

Den Gastgeber haben wir nicht kennengelernt, aber die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich. Es ist nicht weit zum Strand, der ein FKK Strand ist. Um diese Jahreszeit egal, aber sonst sollte man das wissen.

Großzügige Wohnung mit Ostseeblick, Fußbodenheizung und Kamin

Wir waren im November dort, und es war traumhaft ruhig. Dennoch hatte der kleine Laden um die Ecke geöffnet, und es gab jeden Morgen frische warme Brötchen. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten, gemütlich eingerichtet und verfügt über direkten Ostseeblick vom Wohn- und Schlafzimmer, sowie über einen Kamin und eine ebenerdige Dusche. In der Küche kann man klasse kochen. Der Hausmeister Herr Ohm ist ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit, zB durften wir früher einchecken und etwas später auschecken. Am Strand kann man toll wandern. Hier kommen wir gerne wieder her.

Perfekter Ort zum ausspannen

Die Wohnung ist sehr stimmig eingerichtet, es fehlte an nichts und besonders den Kamin haben wir bei beginnenden Herbstwetter ausgiebig genossen. Großartig auch der Blick auf die Ostsee sobald man aufgestanden ist. Uns hat auch Örtchen sehr gut gefallen, da es deutlich ruhiger ist als Orte drumherum.
