Seasidings, Pagham - sleeps 10 guests in 5 bedrooms
If you are looking for the perfect spot for a family get together then Seasidings is the place for you. Situated with direct access to the beach at Pagham on a quiet private road you couldn't ask for a more idyllic spot
The house is constructed from two converted vintage railway carriages, and has been in the family for generations, the hosts have gone to great lengths to make Seasidings a home from home with comfortable furnishings and and a modern living spaces.
Entering the house through the rear there is a modern bathroom and utility area leading into the kitchen which has everything you would need to comfortably self cater including dishwasher, washing machine, gas hob, electric oven, kettle, toaster and microwave. The large sitting room is thoughtfully and comfortably furnished for 10 guests and looks through to a further seating area with direct views onto the sea, this area again leads through to a glass dining area that sits slightly proud of the main house giving stunning, panoramic views of the beach to the east and the west.
Outside there is plenty of parking, follow the steps up to the terraced area with a barbecue and patio and leading to the entrance. To the rear of the house there is a small patio area with another barbecue (please move this onto the beach before using) and seating areas all positioned to enjoy the vista. There are bean bags available for use on the beach.
The hosts at this property will accept a dog at this property by request.
This really is a beautiful and unusual property.
Seasidings is positioned directly on the beach at Pagham with interrupted sea views.
Bognor Regis is a traditional seaside town located in the heart of the south coast of England. It mixes traditional features, such as its pier, with modern amenities including the Butlins holiday resort. The popular beach at Bognor Regis has been a draw to the area for decades and retains much of the sea front character associated with great English resorts.
The historic cathedral cities of Chichester and Arundel are both within a 15 to 20 minute drive and offer a wide range of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. A little further along the coast to the west is the city of Portsmouth, home to the British Navy and boasting such attractions as the Mary Rose and HMS Victory. Along the coast to the east is the cosmopolitan city of Brighton, with a wealth of independent shops and lively night life.
To the north can be found the South Downs National Park and many picturesque country villages. The famous Goodwood Estate, host of the Glorious Goodwood horse racing festival and motor racing events such as the Goodwood Festival of Speed and the Goodwood Revival. There is also a mainline railway station in Bognor Regis, with a direct line to London Victoria.

Family getaway
Fabulous on beach property. Clean, warm, comfortable. Well equipped. Would like to repeat. Thank you.
Amazing views of the ocean.
Very comfortable accommodation.
Interesting geographical and historical location.
Plenty to do or not as so restful and quiet!
Highly recommended
Loved the house, really great location right on the beach. Photos were very accurate and house was fantastic.
Note, if you're coming with a big group, to bring some toilet paper as they do not supply much.

Unexpected surprise
Well, first things first. Location. Amazing. You’d never get tired of the view, regardless of the weather. Opening the patio doors to the beach is just wonderful. Pagham itself is remarkable in that it has 3 of the best pubs ever, for beer and food. And the cafe for breakfast was lovely too.
Accommodation is quirky. Clean but in need of some revamp of furniture and beds.
Had a wonderful time. Good weather for November. Trips to Chichester and Arundel. And a walk to the RSPB sanctuary.
Totally recommend!

8 friends annual gathering
A lovely quirky venue for hosting our annual turkey and tinsel gathering. The weather was kind to us and had a lovely sunny weekend at the seasidings house - even managed a toe dip in the sea !! Booked via Henry Adam’s with no queries and very helpful when I rang them on arrival. Kitchen fully equipped with every utensil you would need and plenty of crockery, sauce pans and oven dishes etc. everything worked and plenty of space to relax and sit around talking. Not ideal for anyone with reduced mobility as 12 steps to the entrance door but once you’re in only one step into the bathroom. One bathroom and toilet and one shower room and basin and one extra toilet so you do need to stagger your timings in the morning but all were clean and part friendly. Cupboard with some games in for all ages. All weather Bean bags and loungers and cushions provided to use if needed.
All in all a lovely self catering venue.
Would go again
We stayed here for Christmas and it suited us with 10 people staying. We even attempted a Boxing Day Swim.It is clean tidy and present very well for is a giant size beach hut!!We would rebook.
A long weekend with the family, 10 of us in total. Absolutely brilliant location right on the beach. A quirky and light property with plenty of space for everyone. Enough cutlery and crockery for all and great space in the kitchen and utility room. Bedrooms a decent size with storage space and a wonderful space for eating all together. Would recommend it and would love to return.

A glorious week at seasidings.
Wonderful house, we loved it so much we have booked again for August!
So comfortable and cosy, loads of blankets for when it gets chilly outside but you just don't want to come in yet. Kitchen was well equipped and modern.
Bathrooms were luxurious.
Plenty of room for 10 people. Couldn't recommend seasidings highly enough.
A great weekend stay with family raining in age from 2months to 71 years. Loved the house opening straight onto the beach. Freedom for the children and relaxing for the adults. Our second stay. Highly recommend.

Wonderful house, we love staying here.
This was our second visit to seasidings this year.We love the house and the beach. Couple of things hadn't been fixed since our last visit. Lights not working in a bedroom. Drip under the sink still driving. Very well equipped and very cosy house, big enough for all the family.
Though the property was what we wanted. Phoned agent on arrival, it was obvious the property had not been checked after cleaners. Rubbish left, dishwasher full contents gone mildew. TV kept switching itself off.
Though these were dealt with once reported it was a task I felt I should not have had to deal with on arrival.
