편안하게 쉬시기에 좋습니다. 친구들과 골프여행으로 왔는데 주변에 있는 좋은 골프장을 이용하기도 좋았습니다. 직원들이 책임감이 있으며 매우 친절합니다.

Bad management service!!

Hotel was okay.. but the reservation guy and on duty manager were terrible.. duty manager won’t answer your call, reservation guy ask me to call every 10minutee.. crazy!! Non responsive!!

Beautiful Day at Rancamaya

Hotel dengan pemandangan yg indah langsung menghadap ke gunung , pelayanan yang ramah dan fasilitas hotel yang cukup baik, kamar hotel yang nyaman dan bersih, banyak spot yang bs dijadikan tempat untuk sekedar bersantai duduk2 dan berfoto Akan datang menginap lagi disini jika ada kesempatan.

It was the perfect stay for us, they provide not just basic needed as hotel, but also a complete activities for kids such as kids club, playgrounds, feeding the animals, archery, flying fox, you name it, they got it 😁. But as for me, as i am a hygiene freak, our bathroom floor was a little bit unclean as the water leaked from the pipe and runs on the floor, the dustbin was also looked old and dirty.

Hotel yg bagus untuk liburan keluarga bersama anak kecil namun perlu ditingkatkan lagi untuk kebersihan di sekitar area kolam renang. Kemarin kami sempat menemukan ular di dekat kolam renang tapi sudah bisa diatasi oleh petugas hotel meskipun lumayan sulit mencari petugas hotel karna luasnya lokasi hotel.

Hotel with a great location,view and fresh air and friendly staff. The room good with twin queen bed. But the breakfast too Expensive for the variety food they served. Overall good except the breakfast.

란짜마야 호텔은 인도네시아를 많이 갔었지만 처음입니다 하지만 다른 호텔과 크게다르지 않을 것이라는 생각을 바꾸어 버렸습니다. 첫째 대체로 직원들의 친절도가 5성급 호텔 이상이었습니다. 특히 식당의 직원들과 프런트 현관등의 직원은 프로페셔날 같았습니다. chep가 정식 복장을 한체 식당 입구에서 손님을 맞아 안내 인사 음식소개 하는 것은 참 인상적이고 행복했습니다. 형식적이고 겉치례의 인사가 아닌 인간적이고 따뜻한 친절함을 인도네시아에서 경험하게되었습니다 특히 식당에서 chep mr Fery는 잊지 못할 경험을 하게 하였습니다 둘째로 란짜마야 호텔은 아침 저녁에 너무 선선했습니다. 어느 호텔에서 느끼지 못한 마치 반둥에 와 있는 것 같은 착각을 일으킬 정도로 서선했습니다. 그러나 수영장이 오후5시에 페장하는 것은 약간 이해를 못하겠더라구요..

The service is pale in comparison to the price they charge. The staffs need more training to deal with hotel guests. Bad attitude, rude and does not care about guests needs. Food is just so so.

Polite, helpful staff

We enjoyed the garden which was quite expansive with an area for children to play in and a couple of garden gazebos for tired legs (perhaps more of these could be added). In order to get a different set of menu for dinner, we went to the Club House. It's a pity though that the area surrounding the Club House was dark. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay very much.

very nice family hotel

during 2 nights stay at R hotel.. its was great. The hotel is perfect for family vacation with young children. My 5 years old son very enjoy swimming at the big clean swimming pool along the hotel side, feeding deers,run around the garden and even go to the golf court. the room is big with 2 queen bed so suitable for my family with 2 children. Breakfast was good too with many choices of food. very recommended for family vacation..
