"I’m not sure this should be a 4 star rating, was more like a 3. Not sure we’re ‘luxury’ came into it! Lots of things were closed, games (mini golf, table tennis , air hockey) were either broken or not open. The spa was there but looked very dirty and forgotten about. Gabriela the duty manager was so professional and helpful, always greeted guests with a smile. This hotel is a must so near beach and a 10 mins walk from town.
