Apartment is in good location, nice staff and clean apartment but it was super super noisy from street noses always! They should install doable windows and noise blocking panels. I couldn’t sleep without ear plugs.

This is a nice apartment building in the heart of the T-Zone. This apartment though had a non-working microwave. And the instant on water heater goes on and off constantly. It's a great location and place, but you do have to use earplugs most of the nights. Because it's close to numerous clubs. And need to have better mattresses.

Communication was great! A little bit small but location was great! I like to thank the Security Ladies in the front desk, they are amazing and so helpful and polite! It’s noisy but that’s some info that we as guests have to learn before we rent it, so I knew I have to deal with it and it doesn’t bugged me at all.

The place is great, staff is friendly and the property is very well located. The only "problem" is that because of it's location, there are so many restaurants and clubs around, which is great throughout the day, but come sleep time and its veeery noisy, windows do not have noise redution, although you are provided with earplugs.

Nice place in an excellent location. The internet/Wi-Fi works great for doing home office. The studios in the front can be pretty noisy. So, if you care, ask for an apartment in the back. They are much quieter. The neighborhood is safe to walk around, and there is much to do and places to eat.
