Nice clean suite. Great free airport shuttle. Very difficult to talk to front desk staff. And I speak decent Spanish! This is in a business district. So don't expect any good restaurants close by.

We stayed for one night in two different nights. The hotel is well located, breakfast was good, the first room we had was better than the second one. The first room was on the 4th floor, well maintained and amenities. The second room was on the 8th floor; we notice that in some of the other rooms there were workers renovating or doing some repairs. Our room felt hot! We were wondering if there was a heater turned on. Same with staff on the front desk, first night felt more warm and kind than the one on the second night. We tried the restaurant for dinner but we couldn’t find something we liked and it looks pricey to us. Besides that, staff was very friendly and helpful.

El desayuno fue bueno, con gran variedad de frutas. Me parece que la opcion de guisados podria mejorarse, pues solo habia caldo, y arroz, algunas arepas pero sin gran variedad. El horno del pan estaba descompuesto pues no calentaba. La opcion de huevo era buena, pero limitada. El café un poco quemado. Un día cene en el restaurante y la variedad de platillos era muy limitada y si queria algo mas ligero como una ensalada o un sandwich, me pedian que me fuera al cuarto... que no podia comerla en el restaurante, lo cual se me hizo extraño. Pedí un platillo mas completo y una copa de vino, la verdad no tan buenos por el precio que pague, pues tenia poco sazon. El personal amable. El transporte al aeropuerto es bueno y puntual, si llegas dirigete a la puerta 1: Shuttle de hoteles y alli comentas que vas al hotel y esperas. La verdad buen servicio y a 15 minutos del hotel.

Not friendly staff. She asked for passport which is ok but even fir immigration paper. What? Is a hotel not a federal agency to ask for immigration papers. The room was not comfortable, all the traffic nouse, was impossible to sleep. I complained snd she move is to the 3rd floor were the there was a tour group and kids playing on the hallways. I stayed twice before in this hotel, but never coming back, their wuality of service went from 20 to 1
