PESIMO HOTEL

Muy mal, no lo recomendaría, la habitación diminuta, cama súper pequeña, el desayuno que me ofrecieron -supuestamente incluido- era una avena con pan y café. Que horror, no lo tomé porque eso ni vale la pena. Nunca me había ido tan mal en un hotel.

Publicidad engañosa

El hotel encuadra dentro del perfilde publicidad engañosa. No contaba con wifi, la habitación tenía una vista a una obra en construcción por lo cual los obreros podian verte a menos de 3 metros. El ascensor se detuvo entrepisos conmigo dentro y tuvieron que ayudarme a salir. En el desayuno no tenian mermelada y solo tenian pan lactal y mantequilla. Me quisieron cobrar toda la reserva cuando me quise retirar despues de la primera noche. No me dieron la factura hasta 2 días después. La habitación era mínima e incómoda y no funcionaba la luz de la mesa de noche.

Desagradable

Elegimos este HoTel porque nos quedaba cerca al aeropuerto y ni aun asi llegamos a tiempo, el taxista que llamaron grosero y cobro demás, perdimos el vuelo. Desde nuestra llegada nos dieron una habitación que estaba como fuera de orden, sin regadera, queríamos descansar y nos dieron la que estaba al lado de una construcción. La habitación sucia con polvo y pétalos, teníamos fundas y sabanas sucias. Yo se que un hotel puede ser económico pero eso no significa que no de un servicio de calidad.

Casi siempre tuve que solicitar me pongan jabon, shampoo y toallas. Se descuidaban mucho del aseo de la habitacion. El desayuno muy simple, ni mantequilla habia.

Es lo que una persona espera para ese precio, apenas para descansar la noche previa a la cita de la Embajada americana, también muy cerca a Corferias si es que se dirigen allá. Lo recomiendo

Personal muy amable, excelente ubicación

Nos gustó en general, pues el personal es atento, amable y procura orientar a las primerizas,la habitación cómoda y pulcra, pero algunas veces había poca comida en el desayuno, sugiero pongan más atención cuando se termina el café o el pan o la fruta. La ubicación es muy buena, pues te conecta con el norte, el centro, la estación de autobuses, el aeropuerto, los sitios de interés y el transmilenio estación Corferias. Una lámpara se averió y no la repararon, nosotras cambiamos los focos. Lo demás, muy bien.

Terrible facilities and location

Terrilble room, the exhaust fan is connected with the light switch in the bathroom and the exhaust has too much noise. The wall is too thin and kids playing outside the room or anybody walking by will create too much noise. There is not even a chair to sit in the room. Beds are terribly small. No resturant service in the hotel. Breakfast is terrible. Staff doesn't speak any English. I will not recommend it to anyone and will never stay in this hotel again.

Buen hotel cerca del aeropuerto

El hotel esta bien, las habitaciones son limpias y cómodas, el desayuno normal. Cumple la función de descansar una noche para continuar viajando al otro día. La única crítica es que la habitación era muy ruidosa, la calle es concurrida y se sentía mucho ruido a pesar de ser domingo. El personal muy amable.

Not shuttle. Expensive for 2 square room

It is terrible. I expected a shuttle even know I wrote them a week ago that we were going there and it says free airport hotel shuttle in expedia I even called them 2 days before ..guess nobody where there to pick up us .. so I paid a taxi they charge me $15. And when we arrived to the hotel did not want to paid the taxi driver so I paid. Next day the manager try to compense me with $5 to paid the taxi fee and want me to signature or put my firm in a receipt that said "I receive a $5 for paying the taxi fee in a total re-embolse condition" which I refuse to do it... the next day I want to pay the hotel stay they chargeme $85 at 1,920 pesos colombian money so I paid ..after I did that I try to change a $50 in colombian pesos and they said that they woul change me at 1,500pesos colombianos and my friends it is not honest because outside they change me at 1,900 for each dollar..so if they do that what can we expect.. also the breakfast is only eggs not more and coffe ot orange juice.. nothing more.

Un difícil hotel

El mantenimiento del hotel no es bueno, no había agua caliente y a los 15 minutos que lograron ponerla salió muy poquita y solo duro 2 o 3 minutos , ósea que el baño fue con agua fría.

What this hotel lacks in luxury it makes up in great service. The hotel was great. Clean, comfortable. Better service than most 5 Star hotels Great Staff Great breakfast made to order. Very impressed Will stay again!
