Clean room, great staff, beds are ok but really bad pillows. Noisy place so sleeping is difficult due to the noise. The location is excellent. Included breakfast which is very good.

It is a wonderful and comfortable place to stay right in the center of Bogotá en Zona Rosa. My only complaint is that it can be noisy at night since it's around bars and discos. It's not that there's so much noise that it is impossible to sleep, but it can be a bit annoying. If you're a light sleeper, request to book a room on the other side of the street.

Wonderful front desk staff and housekeeping. Bar not so good...worst martini of our life but there are plenty of bars close by. Breakfast good (when we were able to get up before 10AM when it closed down). Room service available and good. Best location for great restaurants, clubs, music and shopping. All within 2-3 blocks. Would make it a DEFINITE recommendation. Comfy beds too.

Location is great and service is excellent at the desk and the food area too. It was pretty good but it is very hard to rest at night. The noice of the music from the bar accross the street is unverable even with the ear plugs and last after 2:00 AM every day. It was the first hotel I found that does not provide coffee at the room. Food is OK but not very good
