4/10 Poor

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities
We arrived by 11:00 pm. Found the hot water handle in the shower broken. Room had three guests but only two towels. No soap bar dish on the faucet counter, had to keep soap on top of original wrapper. Mini fridge not cooling. Small dresser drawers were locked. At breakfast, the buffet area was too small and on two consecutive days we couldn’t find a table for three, meanwhile a line formed outside. With only two staff members responsible for cooking eggs and omelets, restocking and cleaning! Business owners bear full financial responsibility for their operations and must ensure that their property is maintained in good condition. In addition they must have fair practices to their employees. Must clarify that ALL EMPLOYEES from the front desk, the luggage carrier and the buffet area were very friendly, helpful and polite. I’ll NOT personally recommend this hotel to friends and family.

6/10 Okay

If you are looking for good value for money and want to be close to the best the city has to offer this hotel is an excellent choice.Even though it's near bars and nightclubs, it's not as noisy as some others in the area. I recently stayed there and it exceeded my expectations for the price. It’s conveniently located near tourist attractions, shopping malls and a lively area with bars and restaurants. The only drawback is that they only serve breakfast and don't offer snacks or dinner, which might be a hassle if you want to dine or eat something at the hotel after a day of exploring or if you arrive on a late flight. Overall, it’s a decent spot to stay for a few nights.

Good hotel

Very good hotel. Excellent polite and courteous staff. Good breakfast. The location is in the best neighborhood of bogota called ZONE T , right next to the best restaurants and bars. The breakfast buffet is also very good. The only downside is the WiFi is not the next in the rooms , it works , but slow. Good WiFi in the lobby.

10/10 hospitalidad en este hotel. La recepción fue muy amable. Saint simon is located in the center of many restaurants and shopping centers which are all walking distance. The only down fall is that it can get noisy at night when you’re trying to sleep.

Strategically located in Zona T, the best area to stay in Bogotá, Saint Simon is a hotel that offers a good value for money to explore the Colombian capital. Rooms are nice. Keep in mind excessive noise at night and that the brrakfast could be improved. Overall: a simple urban hotel that delivers on its basic offer: a great location in the best area of Bogotá.
