The rooms are as expected, the staff is great, polite and always there for you. I enjoyed the breakfast and dinner at the hotel too. If the hotel had a gym, it would be my number one destination every time I am in Bogotá.

I was so happy to see this property open again. I used to come here when it was Estelar and always loved it. The hotel is in excellent shape. The rooms are spacious and were well kept even during closing. My only critique is internet is fairly weak, especially in bedroom. If you are just using for whatsapp it's fine but for work it was spotty for my Teams meeting. Would definitely come back and hope they address the internet signal strength.

I am an Expedia platinum guest at a VIP hotel, the room I booked in the photos has a lounge with a sofa and a chair and table. The room I was assigned had only 2 beds, a desk and 1 chair. I needed to lounge for a business meeting. I complained and showed the pictures of my booking and they told me I would need to pay extra for such a room. I thought being a VIP I should get upgraded automatically and also the room booked showed it had that from the booking. Also I had to change room later yet again because the toilet didn’t flush and the safe couldn’t open. The elevator didn’t work and it smelled like sewers. I have stayed here many times before where it was great but this time it was terrible and does not leave me interested in trying it out again.

I am so disappointed of my stay. Since the first night we had situations. We was moved from rooms and still went through too many things. Both rooms were very dirty, Jacuzzi was very dirty, filled with mold in all keys. It wasn’t working so we couldn’t use it not once. No hot water and 3 day out of 6 we had no water at all. I had to bath with a bucket of cold water after a day in a 1/2 of me fighting for water and got two buckets. Then they said the water would be back a certain time and when it came my husband and I jumped in to shower, not knowing that as we were soaping the water left again. I am very upset and would like a refund back. I had to clean and scrub in my vacation. I had to buy water and incurred in expenses because of all this that weren’t part of the vacation. I requested a refund and all they kept telling me was that they have to contact Expedia to do so. I hope I get some kind of refund.

The Memorable Windsor

This hotel has great customer service. The rooms are spacious, especially the junior suites. Great location, walking distance to restaurants and retail stores. However, the hotel needs to be renovated (very dated).
