"Restaurant and front desk staff were very helpful. A special shout out Lana in the restaurant. She went above and beyond what is normally expected. She knew I was not feeling well and she showed legitimate concern by offering me cammile tea to sooth my stomach."

"This is a very modern hotel inside a shopping center. It has nice restaurant and bar at the lobby, actually the front desk is also the bar countertop. It is huge, with long corridors that looks like a maze, but I found my way. There are a couple of galleys in each floor where you can get hot water, coffee, and tea for free. The rooms are super modern, with the shower glass box in the center, which looks cool. It is very well located in a nice pedestrian area of the city. The only critic is that I arrived at 11 AM very tired from my overseas flight and they said that they couldn’t give me the room until three I don’t believe that the hotel was full, but I imagine that they have strict rules."

"The hotel was excellent and the staff were very helpful. The restaurant in the hotel was top tier. The A/C was not functional compared to other hotels we stayed at in Germany. It blew air and dropped the room a couple degrees but it was not sufficient. If you book the the standard room you have to walk up a very large staircase with luggage."

"The hotel is conveniently located next to Marienplatz station. There are lots of dining, drinking and shopping options nearby. The room was clean and comfortable with air conditioning. I was given a room with accommodation for the disabled (I’m not disabled) so it was probably larger than most rooms. The breakfast was excellent."

"Mooie kamer, alleen is in de foto's niet goed te zien dat het 1 slaapkamer is met 2 bedden en een keuken in dezelfde kamer met een aparte badkamer. Maar dat was eigenlijk geen probleem. De vaatwasser is wel aan de kleine kant. Voor de rest was alles schoon en was alles aanwezig."
