Room was clean and the staff was very helpful. Nice robes! You can tell it's an older basic hotel that's been cosmetically renovated. It's nice, but nothing special. I did order room service from the restaurant (dessert only) and it was very good.

Inn at 500 Capitol
Your staff is the most polite and caring I have encountered in some time. The room was beyond my expectations, except for one of the TV remotes didn't work. Highly recommend to anyone to stay and enjoy.
