This hotel is well appointed and very clean. I especially liked the bathroom in our room. It was spacious, updated and well lit. We loved that they provided bottled water and snacks free of charge and whenever you needed it. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. The location is convenient to downtown restaurants. We didn't have a chance to try the new restaurant, Hemlock. Would definitely stay here again.

Charming boutique hotel in Boise, close to many downtown attractions. Variety of excellent restaurants and shops in the area. Friendly, helpful, approachable citizens and shopkeepers and hoteliers. Several fine city parks in walking distance. Idaho Museum. Boise Zoo. And the Sawtooth Mountains, Idaho City, and Twin Falls and Shoshone Falls nearby. What’s not to like?

Highly recommend Inn at 500 Capitol. It’s centrally located, beautifully decorated interior with all you need in your room, to a high standard of quality and cleanliness. The staff are polite, helpful and friendly. Recommend the nearby Greenbelt walk. Can’t wait to visit again!
