"We arrived late in the evening and there was only one desk clerk. There were a few people ahead of us, but when it became our time to check in the desk clerk was very apologetic. She was very nice and checked us in quickly. Room was clean, comfortable bed, and nice shower. Only thing I didn't like is paying for parking."

"This was my second experience at the Riverside Hotel in Boise and they exceeded my expectations and first experience from a few years ago. From the shuttle to the front desk to the rooms, grounds and amenities. It was all a first class experience and whenever in Boise, I will stay at the Riverside!"

"The staff was very helpful (check in, valet, bar). The food in the bar was excellent as were the Old Fashioned's. They had passes for a nearby gym which was small but well appointed. It's in a great location with a small bodega across the street and a really good breakfast spot nearby (A Cafe). We took an hour-long walk from there to the river, so it's in a fun spot for exploring."
